The apartment has nine-foot ceilings, open concept design, in-unit full-size washer-dryer, frameless glass shower with tile, and quartz-topped vanity.
The wet bar has granite countertop / stainless steel appliances.
There is no built-in oven, but you can cook with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, wok, vegematic blender, etc.
, or just go to one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood.
This would not be ideal for a serious cook or baker, but the space is very nice for quiet entertaining.
