A few things you need to know about our rentals.

If you would like to be considered for one of our properties, please respond with your name, phone number and a brief description of your situation and why you're interested in renting from us.

No Pets/No Smoking or Vaping Devices of any kind 3.
You need to come to our office and get a key.
Bring your ID and $20, I will give you a key.
When you bring the key back, I will give you your $20 back.
4.
$50 application fee for each person over 18 yrs , that covers credit and criminal back ground checks 5.
Our leases are a 1 yr lease 6.
Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 (all keys need to be returned by 4:30).
