Childcare Floater

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space - Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise - Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices Qualifications: - Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or daycare settings - Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities - Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies if needed - Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members - Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the children and their families Skills: - Toddler care - Caregiving - First aid - Childcare - Behavior management - Classroom management - Infant care - Educational activities We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
