Assistant Kitchen Manager/Line Cook

Responsibilities: - Assist and oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation with Kitchen Manager - Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks - Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create menus and specials - Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training kitchen staff - Knowledge of hospitality management principles - Familiarity with bartending and beverage service is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for the culinary arts and have the skills necessary to lead a successful kitchen team, we want to hear from you.
