Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! We have a fun family practice that has been thriving for over 40 years! Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!!! Employees get a 40 minute *paid* lunch.
Duties: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take dental radiographs - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and updating medical history Requirements: - Some type of dental knowledge/experience Preferred Skills: - Experience with digital radiography and intraoral scanning systems - Familiarity with Eaglesoft We offer paid time off, in-house dental benefits and a simple IRA with company match.
