* Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
* Helping residents perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals.
* Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
* Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
* CNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical care plans.
* Document care plans and updates in the resident’s medical record.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and support.
