EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In this position, you will perform advanced technical work associated with contacting property owners to acquire right-of-way for district projects.
You will negotiate with property owners and their representatives for all types of acquisitions and relocation claims and demonstrate knowledge of real estate laws and market.
In addition, you will obtain tax maps, deeds and other property owner identification data from public records in county courthouses.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employmentWork hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Indiana.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
