Providing Optimal Level Customer Service Effectively Drive customer traffic to all service drives by making outbound campaign calls, while also handling inbound inquiries and appointments.
*Principal Duties and Responsibilitie*s
* Meet minimum standards of 80 calls and 30 appointments
* Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively *Handle inbound service appointment inquiries efficiently*
* Transfer inbound calls accordingly
* Effectively manage campaign call lists
* Produce additional service traffic through outbound calls
* Understand the schedule of each service drive and set appointments accordingly
* Maintain follow-up schedule for each campaign
* Use extreme customer service when assisting customers with call needs
* Stay up to date on all dealership personnel and phone call transfer processes
* Professional Communication with customers
* Job requires a minimum 40 hours per week; 8-hour workday with allotted 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Reports to: Business Development Manager
