Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

*Responsibilities:* - Completely service, understand, communicate internally and monitor customer needs.
- Coordinate and balance customer needs with Company requirements and constraints.
- Communicate pricing, determine delivery commitments, monitor production status.
- Approve customer Purchase Orders and Contracts.
- Manage customer consignment programs.
- Maintain constant contact with key accounts regularly to assure 100% customer satisfaction and communicate opportunities for improvement internally.
*Interfaces:* - Customer day-to-day contacts and managers - Outside sales team - Quality Assurance - Scheduling and Purchasing - Finance *Qualifications/Education/Training* - Minimum two-year Associates Degree in business, economics or related technical field *OR*High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience in manufacturing/wire industry - Axis Computer System - Product, processes and process flows - Basic Metallurgy - Core Skills (communication, problem solving, team building, etc.
) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.
