This position is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in the Furniture and Home Goods department by assisting customers make their homes look and feel fabulous.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:*
*Receive, unload, stock furniture and appliances:*
o Unload and receive all incoming inventory from the delivery from the PARK Warehouse.
o Unpack and build furniture for the sales floor.
o Communicate any damages or broken merchandise to customer service.
o Ensure all model number stay on merchandise until tags are created.
o Completes all floor moves under the direction of store management or the designer.
*Pick, assemble, load out going furniture appliances *
o Pick distribution center orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
o Pulls merchandise off the floor and stages it in the warehouse for delivery driver to pick up.
o Assemble and inspect all items that will be loaded on the truck for deliver.
o Organize, clean and stage the shipping area.
*Clean and organize PARK HOME Store*
o Ensure Cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment on the sales floor.
o Maintains the staging of the merchandise on the sales floor, including arrangement of the lights, under the directions of the of management and designer.
o Completes all general maintenance of the store.
