Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Demonstrate safe practices
Dedication to 10 weeks of training in a fast-paced learning environment
Be available for training Monday-Friday from 9-5 CST with weekends off
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
Driven, eager to learn, coachable, and self-starter
Minimum of 6 months HVAC experience or mechanical background
EPA certification
Valid driver's license
Able to pass background check and drug screen
Helios Service Partners offers compensation during training that will be $15-18/hour depending on experience.
Upon successful completion of training, compensation will increase to $20-24/hour with a competitive benefits package.
