We are currently hiring for Service Leader.
JOB PURPOSE:
A Service Leader achieves guest satisfaction through implementation of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
Ensures that all guests are properly greeted, seated, and served.
Ensures proper resolution of all guest complaints.
Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
Trains employees during shift to ensure proper and productive performance.
Ensures that all menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
