Job Description:
Providing positive, productive culture within restaurant
Improving daily operations
Achieving profitability
Developing and training employees
Maintaining safety/sanitation standards
Understanding of Profit & Loss Statement
Knowledge of FPC, Labor, and IFO goals
Previous restaurant experience required; previous management experience preferred.
