Pristow's Equipment Group is seeking a motivated, organized individual with great customer service to direct the daily operation of the parts department at their Kubota dealership in Johnstown, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Forecast parts demand and maintain adequate inventory while avoiding overstock.
* Advise and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and profitability.
* Department P&L.
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through caring and timely service.
* Meet departmental goals set in conjunction with management.
* Work with other departments to meet company and department objectives.
* Identify and source potential parts sales oppurtunities.
* Advise and sell parts to customers.
* Ensure daily work is processed and closed.
* Direct and schedule the activities of parts department employees.
* Provide technical assistance to customers and employees as needed.
* Handle customer complaints immediately in accordance with company policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Two years parts sales experience.
* Two years retail management experience.
* Familiarity with agricultural and small engine equipment.
* Business degree (preferred).

* Mechanical aptitude with understanding of Diesel engines, hydraulics, small engines and related components

Physical requirements: Must be able to load and offload various products which will include climbing, bending, reaching, squatting, pushing, pulling, walking, etc.
Must be able to lift 25 – 40 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
Compensation
* Base pay plus commission with bonus potential.
Earn 40-60K in first year.
