FOH Manager/Bartender

```Overview``` We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining experience for our guests.
This includes supervising servers & hosts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

```Responsibilities``` - Supervise and train front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels - Implement and enforce food safety standards and health regulations - Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to optimize staffing levels - Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address performance issues, and promote teamwork - Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies to enhance the dining experience ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Proven ability to bartend and manage shifts effectively - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Experience in kitchen management or food service management is preferred - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Knowledge of food production processes is a plus - Degree in hospitality management or related field is desirable Join our team as a Front of House Manager and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
