Education & Qualifications: Must be at least 17 years old.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid PA driver’s license at age 17 is preferred, age 18 and over is required.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience within the department and previous management and/or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Must have ability to perform basic math, be organized, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures.
Must be able to work in various environmental conditions.
Must maintain neat appearance at all times and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be mature, responsible and honest.
Essential Functions:
Lead and supervise day-to-day in-park operations and training for the department
Ability to understand and enforce company, department cleaning standards for park midways, dining and picnic areas, restrooms, and back of house areas.
Perform department opening and closing duties.
Create a working environment that encourages team members to have fun, provide excellent guest service and fosters personal growth.
Provide Superior Service to all guests by answering questions and having the answers or knowing where to find them.
Coach and develop team members by providing help and support while upholding company policies and values.
Assist in compliance of child labor laws, assigning of work zones and daily break schedule for team members.
Order supplies from warehouse for locations within the park based on par-levels
Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization in immediate and surrounding work areas
Must work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, and cold.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain and protect team member and guest confidentiality
Report to and from work at assigned time.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
