As a Child Welfare Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of in-home specialists in providing services to individuals and families in need.

The qualified Child Welfare Supervisor will:
Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews, evaluation of employee performance related to program quality and service requirements.
Assist and manage with performance management of field staff, including completing proper documentation and provide training as needed in areas of need.
Assign referrals in accordance to program standards.
The qualified Child Welfare Supervisor will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field and two (2) years’ of relevant experience, preferred or
High School diploma with four (4) years’ of relevant experience.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
